The position

The Chipset Silicon Group (CSG) is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help driving versatile activities. This position will directly report to the CSG Technical Assistant and will provide support including but not limited to analyzing the existing processes and flows, understanding the shortcomings, propose and execute any needed changes. Analyzing, driving and maintaining indicators and dashboards at and across project levels, responsible for the logistics of setting up projects, and driving projects per organization needs. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behaviors:

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of programs, leading and collaborating with highly matrixed and geographically dispersed teams across Intel in planning, building, and delivering quality software capabilities.
 
•Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    –  Planning and monitoring the progress of the overall program
    –  Planning and managing communication with stakeholders.
    – Coordinating interdependencies across projects and programs.
    – Managing and utilizing resources across projects.
    – Identifying and managing program risks.
    – Contributing to development of program management processes and methodologies.
    – Primary contact and one-voice for program/project health and status, as well as first-level technical and functional domain expertise.

Requirements

You must possess a Bachelors degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field and 6+ years of experience; OR Masters Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field and 4+ years of experience; OR PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field and 2+ years of experience in hardware IP design or validation, SOC design or validation, or technical program management with knowledge of:

  • Logic Design/Validation

  • Structural Design

  • Development tools and flows

  • SOC integration methodologies

Additional Qualifications:

  • 7 years of applicable experience

  • 2+ years experience in presentations to upper management

Est: $130,000-221,600/yr

Work Model for this Role:
